40MM QF 2-Pounder gun shell

1:1 scale 40mm Shells for the British QF 2-Pounder anti-tank gun

I've only made APCBC and APHE for now but plan on making all other types

my printer is the Fokoos Odin 5 f-3, and I used Shapr3d for this so the quality is a bit low, but nothing sanding it cant fix which you will also need to do if you are painting it, I added the picture below with all the paint schemes and names for different projectiles

The casings are 57mm wide (at the bottom, top is 42mm) and 308mm tall (top half is 200mm and bottom half is 108mm so smaller printers can make this) and the projectiles sit 1cm in them, The 40mm hollowness runs all the way down the casing leaving 2mm of flatness at the bottom, and the copper coloured ring at the bottom of the projectiles is 42mm to prevent it from going too far into the casing

the casing is hollow allowing you to fill it with something (I used sand although you might need something better as i only achieved 1/3 of the desired weight) to make it feel heavy, the projectiles are too but you need to cut out a small hole in the bottom, if you want specifics then the casing should be 2.2 kg

APCBC-T MK1XBT:
1.2KG
170MM (Alone)
468MM (with casing)

APHE-T MK1:
1.1KG
150MM (Alone)
448MM (With casing)

for the casings I use:
0.3mm layer height
2 walls
5% infill
brim
no supports needed

For the projectiles I use:
0.3mm layer height
3 walls
0% infill
brim
tree supports, no specifics because its just for the bottom
