This kit allows you to modify your car (any car) into a BTTF car, but this requires electrical knowledge (such as ardunio) to build your own BTTF car, and will probably run you about $100. The Time Circuits model is already pre - cut, you have to buy the LCD's, which include both 7-segment and 12 segment displays. Same thing goes for anything else electrical (such as speedo) in the car.
