[Remix] Blood on the Clocktower dry erase token borders with nightorder

I find the little nightorder markers in the App very handy. This takes up space in the Grimore, so maybe is inpracticle for larger groups, but for new ST's and scripts you run for the first time I find it really handy.

Also if anything is a tiny bit of: I could not be bothered to use the imperial system, so its metric now.
