4.5mm Gamebit driver (for 4mm shank screwdrivers)

Sized the original up so that it works on 4.5mm screws. Made shaft longer 'cause it was too easy to lose before, and added text so you can (depending on your layer height, kind of) tell what it is.

Print with the gamebit part facing UP, like you're pointing the screwdriver at the sky.

Developed and tested via my carefully-calibrated Ender 3, and confirmed to work on my Sega Genesis cartridges. You may have to push it a bit, and it isn't likely to last many screws but it's good enough for a quick job. Enjoy!
