Mix G1 Extruder - JHead

Sorry everyone, for some reason my model was inverter. I uploaded a new one (Extruder v4-2.stl) that should be corrected

SO i bought a jhead as an upgrade to my MIX G1 printer but found i could not get it installed.

I used the above mods on mine and its printing wonderfully!

This is the modification to the MIX g1 extruder to accomidate the jhead. (use with my modified X Cartridge)

following change

Opening for the hotend enlarged to fit the JHEAD hotend

Holes added to allow 2 screws to hold the JHEAD hotend in Place

Body made bigger because my hobbed bolt was missing the filament because it was going to far.

Depth made a bit smaller to allow the same screws to work (due to the elnarged back)

Added a mounting hole for Exaust Fan (next project)
