Dexcom ONE Patch Cutter – DIY Solution for Diabetics

This 3D-printed tool is designed to help people with diabetes easily create their own adhesive patches for the Dexcom ONE glucose sensor. It may also work with other glucose sensors, as long as they have a similar diameter.

The system includes:

A roller holder for fabric tape (Kinesiology Tape with 75 mm width)
A cutting guide for perfect circular patches
A central alignment base for punching the Dexcom opening

This tool provides an affordable and accessible alternative for diabetics who want to make custom patches at home, using kinesiology tape or similar adhesive fabric.

The design ensures consistent results and can be reused multiple times. It’s especially useful for daily users of Dexcom sensors who are tired of overpaying for ready-made patches.
