Altmill 80mm Dust Shoe - No Windows

1) The body is a remake of the Sienci Altmill dust shoe with 80mm Spindle. I filled in the window holes. Others had done this also, I just cleaned it up better. The reason is others with the window said it gets obscured with sawdust pretty fast and is of limited use anyway. The other problem is weakness with the window cut out. A lot of factory parts are splitting at the window line.
2) I also remade the Sienci Altmill Bristle Holder file to fit the higher quality and available in the USA, 7/32 McMaster Carr Strip Brush. It will not fit in the file shared by Sienci without modifications. I uploaded the other part as well just to make them easy to print.
Parts needed to finish -
McMaster Carr Flexible Strip Brush - 7/32" width. (Easy-Cut 7900T1 or 7900T5)
2 M4x16 socket head screws

The 7/32 strip brush has to be inserted from the side in the open area and pushed around the circle. It's a very tight fit, work the brush in a circle by hand. If you decide you need it looser the f3d file is easiest to modify in f360.

I also added the clamp sleeve remixed by Andrew Rutherford. It protects the spindle.
