Master Lock 410 Replacement Body or Full Lock

The inner body and outer body can be used with the lock internals and shackle from a Master Lock 410, or a full lock sans springs can be printed. There's enough space for a spring under the shackle.

You can use either real lock pins or printed pins. Carefully bore out the pin holes in the core and cylinder until everything moves freely. Secure the inner and outer body parts using a M2.5 screw through the shackle hole.

A sample key is provider, but you can also key the cylinder to match an existing key.

Printing the shackle can be tricky. I would either print upright with supports on the underside to help stabilize while the two halves bridge, or at a 45 degree angle, ends facing up, and supports on the bottom inch or so.
