Size 4 Gauge with hole

This is a size 4 (~5 mm) gauge with a hole through the middle to allow earrings to fit through. It was made in TinkerCAD. These were originally made for my partner, so the size is set to 4, but you should be able to upscale it for larger gauge sizes. There is a limit, however, as the larger you go, the wider the base will be, which may make them too large and unwieldy.

Update: I added a version with a smaller flare as the base was too wide for my partner to fit in their ear. This new one fits, however. I will leave the old one just in case someone wants it.
