Telescope Dovetail Base for finder scope (w/ FreeCad)

Using the dimensions of ahicktiger's design, this design has some changes to make printing easier. Also it adds holes for threaded inserts, so they don't have to be drilled afterwards. Finally, the slots for the screws have been positioned to allow for some fine adjustments.

There's also a drilling template that I used to attach this base to a home-made telescope.
