Einlegeplatte für DeWalt Oberfräse plus Frässchablone / Insert plate for DeWalt router plus routing template

Eine Einlegeplatte für die DeWalt Oberfräse D26200 und baugleiche plus Frässchablone für den passgenauen Einsatz in eine Holzplatte. Die Einlegeplatte hat eine Dicke von 8 mm. Die Schablone wird mit doppelseitigem Klebeband auf der Holzplatte fixiert und zuerst die passende Tiefe gefräst. Anschließend wahlweise mit einer Kopierhülse oder einer Stichsäge den Rest ausschneiden. In meinem Fall musste ich auf den langen Seiten in der Mitte noch jeweils 3 mm zusätzlich fräsen, damit die Halterung der Fräse genug Platz hat.

An insert plate for the DeWalt router D26200 and an identical ones, plus a routing template for precise insertion into a wooden panel. The insert plate is 8 mm thick. The template is attached to the wooden panel with double-sided tape and first routed to the appropriate depth. Then, using either a guide bushing or a jigsaw, the remainder is cut out. In my case, I had to cut an additional 3 mm in the middle of each of the long sides to ensure there was enough space for the router holder.
