Flip calendar V 2 (RUS)

There was a desire to repeat the design of the old Soviet flip calendar and I found the development https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3854158/comments by Serg_v

However, having made it, I was somewhat upset by the discrepancy in the proportions of the made model and the original. I decided to slightly remake the model. You can see the result in the photo.

Everything is printed from PETG plastic with a 0.4 nozzle on a single-color printer. The color change was achieved by changing the thread on certain layers of parts.

Here is a version with only Russian names of months and days of the week. For those who want to change something, a STP file is published.

Printing features:

  • the printer must be well calibrated and work without overextrusion
  • the stand part is printed with table supports
  • the Dates set is printed with 100% filling - the heavier they are, the better the calendar will work
  • the Months and Days sets are best printed with a 0.07mm layer
  • the Days set must be printed twice.

Assembly features:

  • the holes in the Months and Days tracks should be drilled with a 2mm drill.
  • 1.75mm thread is used to assemble the Months and Days tracks. To fix it, you can slightly melt it at the ends (as in the photo)
  • the axis for the Axis of days and Axis of months parts is also a 1.75mm thread.
  • the Days set should easily slide over each other. It is worth printing them on a smooth table.
  • the baffle part is inserted into the case part in a certain orientation (see the picture)
