Wanhao D4S Filament Tube Holder

Being gratefully inspired by the Filament Tube Holder at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:550152 I set to making one to find that the span distance for the existing mounting clips were different at 74mm.

Needless to say the clip span distance on the D4S is much less at 54mm. So here is my offering for the Wanhao D4S.
