Razer blade VHB tape dispenser

This is a VHB tape dispenser that will cleanly cut and peal 2 sided VHB tape or similar thick tapes. It will not work on thin tapes such as packaging tape. Needed hardware includes #8 threaded inserts and various springs (I got them at my local hardware store). I don' see why anyone would ever replicate this but the tape cutting guillotine works very well.
