DTI Carriage Stop for Proxxon PD 250/E

This is a carriage stop to attach a dial test indicator (DTI) to the bed of a Proxxon PD 250/E lathe.

Printable are the top and three versions of a bottom part. In addition you will need:
1x M3 socket head cap screw and nut
2x M4 socket head cap screw and nut (or threaded heat insert)

A typical DTI with 8mm shaft diameter is attached in the clamp by tightening an M3 screw and nut.
The upper part with the DTI fixture is then mounted on the rails using two M4 screws that reach into a lower part containing the respective nuts. Regarding the bottom, you can choose between a version with the nuts completely embedded, simply countersunk into the part, or prepared for M4 heat insets, whichever is more convenient for you to print.
