Prusa i3 Hubout

This is a modified Prusa i3, X-carriage is designed to fit Greg's Wade extruder and an extruder for liquid deposition modeling (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:482873).
The hotend support is designed to fit a E3D v6 in bowden configuration.

The design is taken from Prusa i3 original design (https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3).
