Evinrude / Johnson / OMC dual-line fuel fitting jig

This is a little jig to hold the fitting when changing the o-rings. For the antique lovers only -- OMC switched to the single line system in '59 and '60. To disassemble, place the fitting over the cups and tap out the valve assembly with a hammer and piece of 2.2mm HSS, drill rod or similar (ordinary mild steel will bend and jam).

The correct size o-ring is actually metric NOT inch: 5mm ID x 3mm wide (11mm OD). Buna-N. You can pay the BRP $6 each or buy a bag of 50 on Amazon for $10.

To reinstall, invert the fitting with the outlets in the provided holes, install the new o-ring in the holder, assemble the parts in the order shown and gently depress until friction takes over. Then tap down flush with a small hammer. Repeat with the other one.

Has flanges so it can be held in a vise or just sat on a workbench, floor or even the dock. And a pair of clips to store the rod.

Printed in PLA with 6 walls, 6 top layers, 3 bottom layers and 50% gyroid infill for strength. Support required due to the overhang.
