Hallo Zusammen,

hier könnt ihr meine Elektrikkupplung für RC Autos herunterladen.

Mit dieser Kupplung kann eine Lichtanlage der Karosserie einfach mit dem Chassis verbunden werden.
Sie hält über Magnete. 6x3 mm.
Achtung, Sie ist nicht wasserdicht!

Die Schemata von Version 2.

Ich empfehle die Version 2 zu verwenden, das 2 Magnete in Reihe je Kupplungshälfte deutlich stärker sind. Bei meinem Glattbahnrenner war Version 1 nicht stark genug. Ob Version 2 für einen Buggy stark genug ist, müsst ihr in testen.

Zur Montage braucht Ihr:

• Klebstoff
• M3 Mutter (4x)
• 6x3 mm Magnete (8x)

Montage:
1 Kabel durch die Kupplungshälfte führen
2 Kabel mit der Mutter verlöten
2.1 Die Kontaktfläche zwischen Mutter und Magnet muss eben sein!
2.1 Das Kabel nicht mit den Magenten verlöten. Die Magnete dürfen nicht heiß werden.
3 Mutter und Magnete in der Kupplungshälfte stapeln
4 Den Stapel zusammendrücken
5 Klebstoff in die Bohrungen einfüllen, den Druck dabei aufrechterhalten.
6 Auf der stirnseitigen Kontaktfläche darf keine Klebstoff sein. Ggf. muss die Kontaktfläche überschliffen werden.

here you can download my electric coupling for RC cars.

With this coupling, a lighting system on the body can be easily connected to the chassis.

I recommend using version 2, as 2 magnets in a row per coupling half are significantly stronger. Version 1 was not strong enough for my On-Road racer. You will have to test whether version 2 is strong enough for a buggy.

For assembly you need:

• Adhesive
• M3 nut (4x)
• 6x3 mm magnets (8x)

Assembly:
1 Guide the cable through the coupling half
2 Solder the cable to the nut
2.1 The contact surface between nut and magnet must be flat!
2.2 Do not solder the cable to the magnets. The magnets must not become hot.
3 Stack the nut and magnets in the coupling half
4 Press the stack together
5 Pour adhesive into the holes, maintaining pressure.
6 There must be no adhesive on the front contact surface. The contact surface may need to be grinded over.
