Flat-mount/benchtop version of Bitner Built hand-tool holder, with re-oriented tray

I needed a version of this tool holder that would fit on a shelf, so I made one! I also moved some of the holes around to accommodate more wide-shaft tools like multi-bit screwdrivers and my small-blade precision cutting blade tool. It screws down though you don't really have to do that - I just wanted to mount it on top of a little shelf so my precision-bit tool set could live underneath.
