GroovyGrip - Car Visor Clip for Sunglasses (ABS-Printable, Snap-Fit Design)

This is a remix of ShandorT's sunglasses visor clip. I liked the general approach. I tried four different clips and ShandorT's was the best of those four. But the part that slides onto the visor was a little too wide and was missing the teeth that would hold it on. Their STL file also had some issues when I tried to load it into my slicer software.

I ended up CADing my own version that is similar to ShandorT's but with some clear modifications. First, the clip that slides onto the visor is a bit tighter. Second, I added teeth. Third, the lip that holds the sunglasses runs across the entire clip. I printed two of these for my Tesla Model 3 in ABS. They have stayed in place very well and work beautifully. I hope others find this helpful.

NOTE: You can test print in PLA, but only ABS held up to the Florida sun. I tried a PLA version of ShandorT's model and it lost its structural integrity in one day. ABS only for this (or something that can withstand the heat equally well or better).
