Thread Spool Holder Using Wooden Dowels

I loved the Thread Organizer by Plasmolyse, but I had a bunch of stock of these 4mm wooden dowels I had purchased from the dollar store a while back and wanted to make a remix that allowed you to stick the wooden dowels in in lieu of printing the long tines.
