Foam Strip cutter
Presenting The Grog-A-Slicer.
Are you tired of slaving away for hours marking and cutting foam into strips to make weapons just to hit your friends and slay your enemies? Well look no further, with the Grog-A-Slicer you can have all the foam strips cut for a weapon in no time.
I designed this thing for cutting .5" thick foam for making larp weapons. It can cut strips from .5" to 4.75" in width. The blade is easily replaceable by unscrewing a knob on the face.
The guard has a magnet hole in it so it will stay on the razor blade.
Update: I am working on a version that does not require the heat set inserts and has a more streamlined BOM

2x m3x10mm flathead (for mounting the faceplate
1x m3x16mm hex head (for the razor blade mount)
2x m3x12mm (for the blade guard pivot/mount)
1x m5x40mm hex head (for the main adjustment knob)
5x m3x6x4.2 heat set inserts
1x m5x10x7 heat set insert
1x magnet round 10mmx3mm
I went through a few iterations to get this working well, let me know if you have any issues with it I will make tweaks if needed.
