configurable RFID mount for spools

Parametric RFID mount for spools so your CFS and alike can automatically read your spools.

Default values are for sunlu spools.
Supports not needed with default value of overhang (2)

Tested with filaments:

• PLA, ASA,PC/ABS - probably the best for this
• PP - to soft not recommended
