LiteBox - Parametric Stackable Box System
A lightweight (low cost) box design with snap-fit joints for tool-free assembly. Optimized for FDM printing (prints flat, no supports needed).
Features
- Stackable: Integrated bump/receptacle system
- Wall options:
- Solid
- Voronoi patterned (using external lib, a little slow when rendering)
- Custom (use modifier STL + slicer per-object layers/infill settings)
- Tool-free assembly: Snap-fit design (glue is optional for permanence)
- Reversible walls: Flat interior/exterior options
- Parametric: Customizable via OpenSCAD

Photos Examples
All photos show 90×70×40mm solid version with modifier STL:
- Vented version: 0 top/bottom layers + 12% honeycomb infill (lightest: 10.9g, prints faster and cleaner than Voronoi)
- Closed version: 1 bottom layer + 8% honeycomb infill (13g)
- Reversed walls: Same configuration as the closed version
(all weights measured in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height)
