Mandalorian Guard/Airborn shoulder

I'm fairly sure the shoulder armor used in the flashbacks of The Mandalorian are the same armor used by the Mandalorian guard. Clone wars stylizes and simplifies its armor. Comparing other live action armor to clone wars equivalents looks like it has the same changes as other examples.
