Info on the Telescope and why I bought it...

It's not really a Child's toy but, could be. It's not really Junk, either but, I suppose it could be...

The Trees around my house have grown to 160-feet tall and the City installed a new Street light in front of the house that's bright enough to no longer use any of my Telescopes outside - thus reducing me to 'Window Astronomy. That's fine, I'm 76...

The only East facing window (without the bright light) is on the stairs so, not being ready to throw-in the towel, I bought one of these soley because of the compact size.

I figured that if it was a 'Toy', I'd give it to kids next door. But, I was very surprised with the Optics and added a Red-Dot to it.
The metal Tripod is better than some other plastic one's but, not good enough for me and will replace it.

The Red-Dot required my making a Bracket and I posted the bracket for 3D-Printing at Thingiverse.

Use an M3x25 or M3x30 Screw, Washer and Nut to clamp it onto the Scope. There are two M2 size holes for Screw/Thumbscrews (self Tap them). I'm not using any - the Finder scope doesn't move around or fall out...)

STL and STEP files for the Bracket and Cap (for Eyepiece) are posted (same model, different file types...). Printed with PLA at Layer-Height of 0.28mm but, do as you prefer... May want to Scale-Up/Down the Cap to fit tighter or add something to at... I didn't bother (I use it on various Eyepieces having different diameter's)
