System Of Alarm Sound v2 - A cheap full featured alarm clock
This is an improvement version of this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6948471. It is a Home Assistant integrated alarm clock. The improvement lies in the fact that you can now build the clock outside of its housing, its less fiddly.
You will need:
- ESP32 devkit 1
- Oled screen
- SH1106 (128x64)
- SH1107 (128x128)
- MAX98357a amplifier
- 3W speaker
- Rotary button
- Flat head button
- Dupont cables
Make sure the Z seam does not run through the middle, or else the case will not properly snap together. If you'll place the SH110x propertly, the printed lines can be horizontal or vertical. Be aware that one of those looks best. If you'll make sure those lines are horizontal or vertical, the z- seam will be in the corner which is perfect.
If you get a presoldered MAX98357a, the audio output is on the other side of the board then the GPIO pins. If that is the case, the audio output should be on the bottom. If you solder yourself, you can best have them both on the same side of the board.
The NEO-6M, DS1307 and the tactileswitch_bolt are optional, only print those files if you add the module or button.
The tactileswitch has got 3 different kind op caps, choose the one you like best.
The NEO-6M and DS11037 Module can be shoved into place, print the top standing on it's side. If printed differently, the dove tail will not fit properly. The housing is from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2805983
