Hasbro LPS "Harmony the dancing dog" speaker gear

A friend brought me one of these to repair, the second gear was almost completely disintegrated, so it didn't move.
It's the gear that engages with the motor's worm gear, it was originally made out of a soft material, which rots overtime and crumbles apart.
Gear will need some extra refining with an exacto blade, but in the end it works perfectly.
