Great Western Trail 2nd Edition tile dispenser

I remixed this from swholmstead and also supercell2o2. The 2nd edition tiles are thicker, so I made the opening for the tiles at the bottom larger as well as making the tower a bit taller to accommodate all the tiles. Additionally, I opened up the back of the tower somewhat, which makes it much easier to get the tiles into the tower now.
