Inertial Propulsion Devices (Artificial Gyroscopes ) MEQAL

Build your own inertial propulsion machine! This "thing" contains the files for the MEQAL. I will upload individual parts later, but you can still make do with the .FBX, .STEP, and single file I've provided. You will need to get other parts on your (mass, electronics, screws and on). Make sure you read the ReadMePlz.txt and the attached copy of my technical report especially for this particular build!
