Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Stone Disc Molds

I've tried unsuccessfully to create the stone discs using hellra1sers mold. I could not de-mold them without breaking the mold or the cast.

In the end I opted for a 2 part process and recreated the discs as a positive mold so I could make a silicone mold off of them, alginate would work as well though it is more fragile, before making the final stone mold.

The whole process took a week, from printing to letting the silicone and then the plater cure but they turned out really amazing.

Along with the molds I included files titled "cup" which I used to house the mold while working with the plaster so it wouldn't deform while I was working with them.
