Hinged Deck Box for Star Wars Unlimited and Other TCGs

A print-in-place Hinged Deck Box. Latches pretty securely -- depress the tab through the window to pivot the lid open. It's a good companion to my Star Wars Unlimited Tokens With Ingenious Storage Box (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6726020)

Print settings notes:

• Use a high "wall line count" of 5 so that the hinge prints nearly solid for strength. This will also keep the relatively thin walls strong as well.
• Infill 50% gives a nice sturdy box.
• I set Cura's "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion" to -0.4mm to combat Elephant-Foot joining the left and right side of the box at the print bed. If they are slightly joined you just have to crack that layer by placing half the box face down on the edge of a desk and pressing the free-hanging half downward. But this -0.4mm setting avoids that issue completely.
