Cozy MkIV fuselage side foam and upper longeron spacers

These spacers are used in the construction of the Cozy MkIV fuselage sides (and possibly the Rutan LongEZ), in chapter 5, to accurately separate foam 7/8" away from each other, and to properly locate and separate the upper longeron spacers while floxing them to the sides.
