Cryo-EM Grid Foils, 10000x scale

10000x scale of various hole sizes and spacings for cryo-EM (0.6/1, 1.2/1.3, 2/1). Aluminum foil is approximately to scale for a 2 nm ultrathin carbon layer over the holes. See image for original dimensions and scaling. All foils are based on gold foil (~5x thicker than carbon foil)
