Knitting Circle Boardgame Insert

Simple insert for Knitting Circle, keeping the cardboard insert from the game.
8.31 - update:
Fixed lids - added thumb indent to make for easier opening
Fixed Grabby Paw - Ugly Cat model - should not need supports to print
Fixed Set up - widen starting player spot to make easier to remove piece.

Note- print 2 card holders to separate scoring pad / expansion from the special offerings.
