  • Material: Use a strong, lightweight material like PLA or PETG for durability and ease of printing. PLA is suitable for jewelry if post-processing (e.g., sanding or painting) is planned.
  • Layer Height: Set to 0.1-0.2mm for a smooth finish, given the small size and detailed features like the spear tip and loop.
  • Infill: Use 15-20% infill to balance strength and material use, ensuring the loop can support the weight of the pendant.
  • Supports: Enable supports for the loop and spear tip if printed vertically, as overhangs may exceed 45 degrees. Use a support density of 10-15% and ensure easy removal.
  • Print Speed: Reduce to 30-40 mm/s for precision on fine details.
  • Orientation: Print with the loop facing down (Y-axis aligned) to minimize support needs and ensure the loop's structural integrity.
  • Wall Thickness: Set to 1.2-1.6mm to reinforce the loop and shaft, ensuring it holds as a necklace.
  • Bed Adhesion: Use a raft or brim to prevent lifting during printing.
