I've printed the informational table from the booklet that comes with the tester onto the face of the case so you should be able to match the lights to see what they mean. For example, in the photo there are only two lights illuminated in Pinrow B and none in Pinrow A. Find the column of dots on the left that has those two lit up and follow the black line up to where it says "charge." That means this cable is only for charging. I would post more examples but I don't think my tester is actually working properly.

Charge - the cable is only for charging

• Data - charge and transfer data
• HS Data - charge and transfer data at high speed
• A/V - charge, high speed data and audio video
  Lightning - Lightning cable

The 3mf file was created for my Anycubic Kobra 3 with AMS for the color change. However, the dots and text are all raised so you should be able to manually change the color. The text and lines are all raised .4mm and the dots are raised .6mm, so you could print the cover, change color and print the black, change color and print the upper .2mm of the red dots. You'll need to use a modifier on the dots to tell it which ones to print red and which ones to leave alone. You'll also have to print this upright and use supports.
