KDM Settlement Event and Terrain Tray

Modified the file to hold settlement event cards as well as longer terrain pieces like the fingers from the Bone Eaters expansion.
Print photo is of previous version. Model photo is current version which has more snug fit for settlement event cards. Should be more than enough to hold all 1x1 and the other 1x# tokens for all KDM expansions.
