M2-Extruder tighened up throat for Flexible materials
Modified from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:433292
I reverse engineered and dramatically closed up the filament path to be able to print with ninja flex and filaflex. I slow down from stock PLA speed by 40%. Uses the stock extrude gear. V3B 24V hotend.
Made the feed tube hole 3/16" to hold the tube free standing. Filament path and bearing clearance closed up (keeps soft materials from wading up).
Added a loop to outside to zip tie your wires.
Added 2 holes for screws to added a hot end retainer (I don't use it, just left as a option if I did).
Works fantastic with every material I have thrown down it. PLA, ABS, PET, Filaflex Ninjaflex.
Update 4/29/15
I was requested for some setting that I use when printing ninjaflex. For Simplify 3D users I have added a FFF profile.
Other wise I use the following with a M2 Std. .35mm nozzle on painter tape.
3mm extrusion retractions
2400mm/min retraction speed
.20mm Wipe
Extruder 215 Deg. C
Bed off
Layer 1 fan off. Other 100%
Default print speed 2000mm/min
Loading the Extruder must be done slower that PLA or ABS. I turn down my feed on the extruder to 200mm/min for loading. Also helps to do loading 10mm at a time till all the old filament is expelled.

I have upgraded to the V4 hotend and had to recreate this extruder mod for my M2. Just installed it this past weekend and I am conducting testing at this time.
