Wall Mount for Lanespelare Microphone Arm

This is a simple wall mount for the Lanespelare microphone arm (IKEA).
It replaces the desk clamp and lets you attach the arm directly to a wall — ideal if you want to free up desk space or get a cleaner setup.

The mount is slightly tilted, so when the arm is folded back, it won’t rub or scratch the wall.

Requirements

• 3× M6 widened spacers
• 3× screws (length and type depends on wall type)
• 3× Wall plugs or anchors suitable for your wall type

Printing

• Material: PETG (less brittle than PLA, better for mechanical use)
• Infill: ~40%
• Supports and layer direction: can be printed flat (wall-side down) without supports, but it’s recommended to spend that extra 1% filament and print it upright (bottom-side down) with supports on screw holes. That way, all the active load forces act along the layer lines instead of across them — which greatly reduces the risk of layer separation or cumulative wear stress over time.
