Summary

The model ended up printing without the left arm so I grabbed this bell bag model https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4264273 and threw that plus the original Beau model into TinkerCad to make the bag mold around the shoulder. After painting the models separately I attached with gorilla glue gel and then coated the combined piece in epoxy resin.
