Cthulhu: Death May Die 15mm figure base with 14mm d6 holder

This is a base for the smaller figures (cultists, deep ones, etc.) that will hold a single 14mm d6 to track HP. Designed for Cthulhu: Death May Die but could work with any 15mm based figure.
