Dual 80mm fan to 3.5" HDD mounting bracket adapter
Designed this for the Plink IPC-2350F case so I could mount another 3.5" hard drive using the dual 80mm fans as a mounting point. I also made a "universal" version that has oblong holes for cases with different dual 80mm fan alignments. I have not verified the quality of the universal version though.
The whole bar is 175mm wide, 25mm tall, and 13.5mm deep. The bar for the Plink case has a roughly 155mm spacing for the mounting holes. The opening for the Plink bar's mounting screws are 4.5mm. The mounting holes on the universal version are 13.5mm wide and 4.5mm tall. Hard drive mount works with normal hard drive screws. I recommend using 3 screws for strength. You will need to mount the fans first leaving two screw holes on the opposite top corners open. You would want a 20mm long machine screw at minimum to make it through the bar and the first set of tabs on your fan.
Due to layer lines and strength concerns I personally printed the model vertically at 0.2mm with 6 walls, 100% infill, and supports because I used PLA. My concern is the cantilever forces over time will cause the hard drive mounts to shear off. I would recommend trying to figure out how to support the other side of the hard drive as well to be safe.
