U-turn adapter for thermostat

I created this adapter because I wanted to use a smart thermostatic radiator valve, but my radiator is hidden and there’s no room to install one.

I designed the adapter, printed it in PETG, and the size was fine, but it cracked under pressure.
So I had it printed in stainless steel 316L, did a bit of finishing work, and now it works perfectly.

As @ko3Des noted, the thermostatic head does not work properly if it is placed above a hot pipe or above a radiator valve.
The best way is to control valve position (not temperature) or connect another temperature sensor. Check that you can do that before printing this.

This model can be modified to be further from valve and radiator, turned another way or have another leg ratio.
