Zeiss Amplival Dovetail to M42 camera adapter

Adapter for the 41mm dovetail of any Zeiss ausJena Mikroval series microscope (such as Amplival, Ergaval, Fluoval, Epival, Laboval, Eduval, etc.) to M42x1mm.

Using the dovetail adapter with the M42 tube is Not sufficient to reach the 150mm of Optical Tube Length for 160mm objectives (Mechanical Tube Length) needed to focus the image on the camera sensor.
In order to do that you would need another 61mm from which you need to subtract the Flange Focal Distance of your camera mount. For example the Sony E-mount system has a flange focal distance of 18mm, so you would need a 43mm spacer.
To accomplish this I suggest using a M42 Helicoid adpater for your camera mount.

I recommend a layer thickness of 0.1mm.
