My changes include making the brackets much smaller side to side to increase placement options on either version of the console. Then to change the nose of the holder to allow bigger tablets, including tablets in cases, to fit. Plus I made it a bit of a hook too, to make sure and stabilize the tablet in the bracket no matter the size.

Also will hold phone.

In testing, these fit even with the doghouse closed. Clip on the brackets and I am able to close the console doghouse without any issue.
