PowerA Fusion 3 D-Pad (slip less)

I think PowerA Fusion 3 is a very good gamepad, but the problem was that the D-Pad was slippery.
So we had to design a D-Pad that was less slippery.
There are also files with the protruding parts separated so that supports do not need to be generated with a standard FFF printer. Please fix them with glue after printing.
