Center Cone for RZR Wheels with Harbor Freight Manual Tire Changer

The standard centering cone that most people have for their Harbor Freight manual tire changer is too small for RZR wheels. This cone can handle a wider range of center diameters from about 60 to 110mm. Verify your tire changer has a 42mm diameter center post / shaft. Most are exactly 42mm, but check to be sure.

I went to buy a larger aluminum cone and was blown away by the prices. If you can spare the time and material, now you can 3D print your own. I printed in TPU at 100% infill on an X1C and I can cinch it down really tight, and it's held together fine. I doubt it will wear out quickly even in ABS, but you can reprint if necessary. I know it's just a cone but leave a comment and let me know if you think it's good or needs changes. I still need to design a 3D printable tool caddy for the tire changer.
