1.5mL Centrifuge Tube Box w/ Lid

Fits 64 standard 1.5mL centrifuge tubes. Lid slides down over sides to fully enclose the box.

I printed this to use as a fridge box for small, lyophilized cultures. After printing, I added a small amount of silicone sealant to the sides of the box, allowing a semi-airtight seal to decrease airflow out of the box. I also filled the center 4 tube holes with dessicant beads to absorb excess moisture, and topped those holes with polyfill to prevent the beads from spilling out.

Designed in Fusion360 with zero tolerance between the box/lid, since I have my slicer set up to create the tolerances to allow the lid to slide over the box perfectly.
