Hadley Secondary Cover, Davely mod

A slide-on cover for the Upper Tube Assembly of a Hadley telescope, if using Dave Aldritch's build. This one has no hole for the secondary adjustment screws, as it's meant to slide on after an extra shroud above the UTA.
